- Measure your phone with its case fitted, including width and thickness. RAM sells different X-Grip holder sizes.
- Choose the mounting base for your bike; a handlebar clamp and a reservoir mount attach differently.
- RAM recommends the included device tether for outdoor use. Check the instructions for your exact kit.
- A standard X-Grip kit and a Vibe-Safe kit are different products. Do not assume vibration damping is included.
Quad LockFit checklist
- Check that your phone has a compatible Quad Lock case, or confirm the requirements of the universal adaptor.
- Choose the mount for the available attachment point: handlebar, mirror or fork stem.
- Check the exact kit contents before ordering. A case, vibration dampener and charging head are not necessarily included.

Tradeoff: there are several components and sizes to match. Do not treat the standard cradle as a dedicated vibration-damping accessory.
Quad Lock Motorcycle Mount
Quad Lock connects a compatible case or adaptor to the mount. Check the case, mounting point and kit contents together. The brand recommends its vibration dampener for motorcycles; this does not replace the phone manufacturer’s guidance.

Common questions
Will a universal mount fit my phone?
Not necessarily. Measure the phone with its case fitted and compare those dimensions with the exact holder specification. Check that the grips clear buttons and ports.
Does a phone mount protect against rain?
A holder is not automatically a weatherproof enclosure. Check the protection offered by the phone, case and any cover separately.
Does a vibration dampener eliminate camera risk?
Do not assume it does. Read your phone manufacturer’s advice and the accessory’s stated limitations. Apple advises against attaching an iPhone to high-power or high-volume motorcycle engines; its guidance also addresses lower-amplitude vehicles.
